New master bedroom en-suite, and guest bathroom with large showers, plus an additional guest toilet.
2 heat pumps for both heating and air-conditioning.
Great balcony, with new BBQ ready to take advantage of the balmy nights during summer months. There are also sun blinds on the deck that can be adjusted to block the sun and wind if required.
A Nespresso machine is available for guest’s use,
3 adult and 2 kids bikes (with helmets and locks) for your use on the many cycle/walk ways around Napier - go exploring along the beach and extensive cycle ways.

Summary: We loved our stay here! We spent the night before and night of our wedding here with our friends and had the most special time. The house and yard were spectacular. The boys stayed here the evening before and they were at the wedding raving about the backyard and the games they got to play all morning. Big, beautiful house. Can’t fault it! Great location, very clean.

Summary: This gracious house is sited on a good size suburban block in an appealing street, close to town.Communicating with the owner was a pleasurable experience.Rooms were a generous size, uncluttered and well decorated. There was space to spread out and for a range of recreational pursuits.Pantry provisions were excellent and cooking equipment was exceptional.One member of our party found the allocated bed too soft but thought the ensuite shower outstanding.The separate studio bedroom was much appreciated and would be perfect for all ages if it had an attached toilet.The information dossier was very helpful, particularly for shopping and eating out.Three generations had a very happy holiday in this house.Pantry provisions ,
